Robert founded Mammoth Home Buyers to create a single, trusted platform where property owners, builders, and investors can evaluate all viable paths forward—without being forced into a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether the right outcome is a direct cash purchase, a creatively structured transaction such as subject-to or wrap financing, or a traditional brokerage sale, Robert and his team focus on clarity, alignment, and execution.

As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and active investor, Robert is known for practical deal judgment, creative problem-solving, and guiding complex situations to clean outcomes. His approach balances speed, structure, and long-term value for all parties involved.

At Mammoth Home Buyers, Daniel leads acquisition and disposition efforts, working directly with property owners, builders, and development partners to evaluate opportunities, structure solutions, and move projects forward efficiently.

He focuses on understanding the underlying situation, clarifying options, and aligning interests—whether that means a direct purchase, a structured exit, or a handoff to the appropriate execution team. Once terms are aligned, Daniel ensures a clean transition so projects move from agreement to execution without friction.
